Appointments & Communication

We provide clear instructions for booking appointments and making payments. While we support digital convenience, we prefer face-to-face or voice consultations to better understand your needs. We will only contact you when necessary.

In case of an emergency, please visit your nearest hospital.
For urgent concerns during working hours, call our clinic helpline at +91-88847 57388.

Please plan your visit according to appointment availability.
If multiple sessions are required, full treatment payment will be collected after an initial consultation.

No Discount Policy

This is not just a policy — it is a request and an understanding. We encourage patients to reflect on the importance of oral health awareness and speak with our team for preventive counseling.

Discounts may undermine the value of healthcare, and we remain committed to the oath of "do no harm" — in words, intentions, or actions. Our goal is respectful, honest care with no compromise in quality.

Data Privacy & Warranty Records

Your medical data is stored securely with the doctor’s team.
If you wish to delete your records, you may request it by email, subject to medico-legal compliance.

Patients are responsible for safely storing their D Warranty prescriptions. Claims cannot be processed without presenting this documentation.

Warranty & Refunds

  • The D Warranty covers post-care for 15 days.
     
  • Re-treatment (if required) is available for up to 1 year with a minimal charge.
     
  • Warranty extension is available for up to 2 years if enrolled in our Preventive Care Package.
     

All services and products are non-refundable.
If any company-related issue arises (e.g., product failure), please claim directly with the manufacturer. Alternatively, we can assist for a small service fee.
