When you join the Elite Dental Club Annual Membership, you’ll receive a biannual reminder for your preventive check-up and at least renewal once a year.

Terms:

• Membership is valid for 1 year
   
• It is non-refundable and non-redeemable for services outside the package
   
• The ₹1,000 cleaning is also available at the same price for those requiring more frequent cleanings (e.g. biannual)
   
• Children may require additional time and attention — please plan your visit accordingly
   
• In some cases, such as heavy staining, charges may vary at the discretion of the practitioner, even with an active membership

If you're visiting one of our empanelled or affiliated clinics, online sign-up and payment is required. But at Dr. Dhruv Dental Care, you’re welcome to sign up and pay directly at the clinic.

The renewal amount will be communicated in your next annual check-up reminder. While a modest increase may be applied each financial year to adjust for inflation, the final amount is decided at the clinic's discretion.

No, you do not need a referral to book an appointment with us. However, appointment slots are offered with first preference to Elite Dental Club members, in the order in which they signed up.

We always appreciate your referrals — thank you for sending patients our way.

We also reserve a few emergency slots each day for patients in acute pain. We kindly request that these be used only when truly necessary, out of compassion for others who may urgently need care.

Starting in 2025, we’ll share bite-sized preventive care tips every Tuesday on our Instagram — and eventually, via our Google Business profile from the 2025–26 financial year onward. These updates will be visible when you search for our clinic online, and may include blog links, awareness messages, or check-up reminders.

This effort supports broader national goals like the Swachh Mukh Abhiyan (IDA & Government of India) and our collaboration with Apollo 24/7 to raise oral health awareness.

We’ve been celebrating Preventive Day (12/12) since 2014 — as a reminder that good health starts with a clean mouth, and prevention is always better than treatment.

The D Warranty is India’s first legally drafted and scientifically grounded dental warranty, introduced at our clinic to offer patients greater peace of mind.

• Post-care reassurance for 15 days, at no additional cost
   
• Extended coverage for 1 year, with re-treatment available at 20–40% less than the original cost
